The historic market town of Alnwick is the perfect base to explore the northeast of England, firstly we travel south to the border town of Kelso, described by Sir Walter Scott

Today we will visit the historic city of Durham, you will have time to explore this wonderful city at your own pace. The magnificent Norman Cathedral and Castle have dominated the city skyline for over 900 years, now designated a UNESCO world heritage site, the city still retains its medieval street layout.
Today we will visit the city of Newcastle, a prestigious city with the best of historical and modern attractions, Newcastle is one of the largest cities in the UK and= is packed full of things to do, from cultural museums and cathedrals to spectacular shopping from the indoor shopping centre to the small boutique shops.
